K-Cal for Calves

K-Cal for Calves is an energy supplement to be mixed with calf milk replacer or whole milk and fed to pre-weaned herd replacement calves to increase the caloric density of the diet during periods of cold weather or other stress.

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Add 1 to 2 enclosed scoops (1 to 2 ounces) of dry K-Cal powder to 2 quarts of warmed (110°-120° F) whole milk or reconstituted, nutritionally complete calf milk replacer. Mix thoroughly with a wire whisk. Adjust the addition rate based on outside temperature and calf exposure to environmental stresses. Feed this mixture twice daily or at normal feeding intervals. For a large number of calves, add 10 to 20 ounces (2-1/2 to 5 standard kitchen cups) of Kcal powder to 5 gallons of warm (110°-120° F) whole milk or reconstituted calf milk replacer and mix thoroughly.
